The system allows the TMC to support travellers who have self-booked if they need to modify or cancel a reservation.
• Hotel Data Management Services are available to collate and consolidate all hotel data required for a Corporate Hotel programme regardless of whether the hotels is in the GDS or not. This ensures efficient policy compliance and that travellers book all hotels through the TMC.
