• HotelHub itineraries are available and allow you to provide Agency customised Hotel booking confirmations that include interactive maps to help travellers locate their hotel easily.
• GDS PNR Management allows synchronisation with your GDS PNRs and automates Hotel passive segment creation, enabling you to maintain all hotel bookings in one system. The Passive segment can be structured to meet your agency’s specific requirements.
• A Structured Message feed can be implemented between HotelHub and your mid or back office system allowing you to incorporate the full details of each and every hotel booking in your systems.
• HotelHub Management Information: detailed MI reports are available through a user friendly interface allowing you to analyse your hotel booking activity, rate loading and auditing, and provides an overview of preferred supplier volume share and movements.
• Desktop integrator is a component that is installed on the agent desktop and ensures seamless integration with HotelHub. Desktop integrator directs agents to use HotelHub for all your agency’s hotel bookings and facilitates this process by prep-populating HotelHub with trip details.
• ProfileHubTM allows you to synchronise traveller profiles held in the GDS and HotelHub. It also gives you a central proprietary repository for traveller profiles which can be accessed using a web-based application.
• BillBack Payment/Chargeback is supported through HotelHub. This provides an efficient method of paying hotels and improves the matching and reconciliation process.
• Hotel Vouchers can be set-up and customized to your business needs. These are automated and localised in order to enhance the communication with hotels or travellers, and eliminates the need for the TMC to manually issue these vouchers again from the Mid or Back office system.
