Job Qualification
Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university
leading to a bachelor’s or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Independently manage human resource initiatives and activities.
- Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics, including leave management, compensation, and benefits.
- Manage onboarding processes, including joining formalities, new hire inductions, training plans, and other HR operational activities.
- Provide accurate payroll inputs to the Finance department for payroll processing.
- Update and manage Flexible Benefit Details in the payroll system according to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular one-on-one discussions with employees to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Develop and analyze key HR metrics, such as employee engagement and exit interview feedback.
- Conduct exit interviews, providing feedback and recommendations for employee retention.
- Handle Full & Final (F&F) settlements and issue required documents to exiting employees.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Regularly update the HRMS system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Manage the Group Insurance policy, assisting employees in accessing their benefits.
- Assist in conducting ISO audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Organize and drive employee events to promote well-being in the workplace.
Job Skills/Competencies/Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a proven ability to manage HR activities independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management, reporting, and documentation.
- At least 3years of experience in a Generalist role, with exposure to HR operations and HRBP activities.
- A proactive, open-minded approach to exploring all HR areas, with no self-imposed limitations.
- A people-friendly approach to effectively manage employee queries and critical issues.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain positive employee relations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team on collective initiatives.
