He understands the business at every level and drives the continuous improvement processes that are the backbone of every successful company. Jay demands not just high standards of quality at work but also of integrity and honesty.
With over 18 years of experience working with global Travel Management Companies in key strategic roles, Eric has a unique perspective into the challenges of the travel industry.
Eric works closely with Jay to help guide developments to augment the company’s value for our customers. Eric has a forward-thinking attitude towards proactively overseeing our customer relationships to ensure the company delivers the best possible experience for the customer.
As the CMO, Jayati leads HotelHub’s marketing initiatives, including global product marketing, brand, customer research, GTM strategy, and internal & external communications. With a customer centric approach, Jayati constantly uses data and analytics to deliver superior personalised customer experience and measurable business results. Before joining HotelHub, Jayati spent over 19 years in various strategic marketing roles at Amazon, EY, Computer Associates and Dell Computers and is passionate about creating compelling brand experiences.
Steven’s roots are in software development, systems architecture and management with over 30 years of experience in this area. He is detail-oriented and meticulously manages the security operations and compliance that are at the heart of the company.
Steven ensures that our systems are world-class; constantly reviewed for integrity, productivity, reliability, and regulatory compliance with standards such as PCI/DSS and ISO27001. As our company grows, Steven works closely with the team so that our customers continue to feel confident working in the secure environment of our products and services.
Anuj is an Account Director at HotelHub with a demonstrated history of working in the leisure/business travel & tourism industry. Anuj’s strengths lie in Revenue & Profit Growth, Relationship Building, Quality Assurance, Account Management, and Airlines/Hotels. Strong program and project management professional with a Post Graduate Diploma focused in Tourism & Travel Management from IITTM, Bhubaneswar.
Having worked in the roles of Associate Manager at Accelya and Developer at Siemens, Mohan comes with a unique understanding of both, the tech and business worlds. As an Account Director at HotelHub, Mohan takes care of all client relationships and has been instrumental in streamlining operations within the organisation.
While the world was testing ways to bridge the gap between non-GDS and GDS based systems and struggling with poor hotel attachment rates, we built systems that seamlessly aggregate all types of content and integrate with TMC systems for an end-to-end hotel booking solution. Large corporates drive complexity in booking and billing processes, we adopt our technology and processes to deliver unrivalled customisation with fast turnaround development cycles.
