HotelHub is headquartered in London, UK. We also have offices in Paris, France and Bengaluru and Goa, India.

No, we build impartial technology that allows you to consolidate the content providers you are using in one platform.

Our primary focus since inception has been hotel booking, but we have some exciting new projects in the works to expand our world-leading technology across other corporate travel areas.

Getting started

As all our projects are bespoke this can vary, but, on average, most implementations take 6-8 weeks.

Yes, HotelHub is a white-label product so you can make it your own with your logo, colour palette, fonts and icons.

Pricing

Pricing depends on the scope of the project. Once implemented, we work on a fee per transaction basis. Get in touch with our team to discuss your needs for a more detailed quote.
No. All commissions belong to the TMC as per any commercial agreements they have with content providers.
We work with TMCs processing a minimum of 1000 hotel transactions a month.

Support

You will be allocated a dedicated account manager who will oversee your project and be your ongoing point of contact to maintain consistent lines of communication.

Any issues can be raised via your account manager and you will also have access to a support log to request assistance.

Yes, single-sign on can be enabled if required.

Agency Booking Tool

There is no limit to the number of users you can add to HotelHub.

Yes, providing the terms and conditions of the booking and/or the content provider allows it.

There are over 2.5 million properties listed on HotelHub, including everything from hotels and motels to serviced apartments and BnBs.

Yes, both corporate and agency rates can be configured in HotelHub and will be displayed in order of your preference.

Yes, out-of-policy bookings can be made with a reason code attached.

Yes, hotel visibility can be restricted at a channel, chain or individual level.

Traveller Booking Tool

The HotelHub agency tool is specifically designed for TMC agents and gives wider control of bookings. The traveller booking tool is a simplified version of this which you can provide to your clients to allow travellers to make their own bookings.

Yes, agents can access traveller-made bookings to ensure full support can be provided and can modify or cancel these in line with the terms and conditions of the booking.

Yes, the traveller booking tool can be configured to show your preferred content.

Rate Optimiser

On average, Rate Optimiser users save $100 USD per booking. 

As much or as little as you like. Rate Optimiser can be fully automated so that it starts working as soon as a booking is made and can be configured so that as soon as an agent accepts a new rate, the new booking and cancellation of the previous booking are made without any further intervention.

Payments and Revenue Management

HotelHub can connect to your preferred mid- and back-office tools to give you full oversight of payments and revenue.

HotelHub captures commission details in its raw data feed which you can use for your own tracking or feed into commission tracking software.

HotelHub’s data feed refreshes once a day so reports will be based on the previous day and earlier.

The HotelHub API can connect to any application of your choosing such as agent applications, booking tools and mobile apps.
