Job Responsibilities
- Windows Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server systems, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Networking: Manage network configurations, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure network security protocols are in place.
- User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
- Basic Linux Administration: Perform basic Linux system tasks, including user management, file permissions, and system updates.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance, implement backups, and ensure disaster recovery procedures are in place.
- Security Management: Implement security measures, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and access controls.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides/SOP’s.
- Collaboration: Work with other IT staff to plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations.

Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor’s or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.
