CTM North America and HotelHub first to launch modification capability through Concur for multi-source content

CTM North America and HotelHub, the leading provider of hotel booking solutions to global travel management companies, have today announced that they are launching modification capabilities for multi-source hotel content within Concur Travel (modern experience).

This collaborative innovation means that CTM can now offer online modifications for both GDS and aggregator hotel content – and it represents a major breakthrough for customers using Concur Travel, giving them unparalleled flexibility to manage their hotel stays. With the online experience placed back in the hands of the booker, agent intervention is no longer required for simple booking amendments, saving both time and money.

The initiative comes as part of a strategic partnership between the two companies which has seen CTM leverage HotelHub’s certified integration with SAP Concur’s Hotel Connector to consolidate and curate their proprietary Sleep Space content, alongside other hotel content providers, within Concur Travel. Enhanced by HotelHub’s powerful content management tools, this new connection is already delivering a superior booking experience for CTM customers, providing diverse accommodation choice, improved content visibility and easier policy compliance.
